Asabe’a Zainab

Zainab's fingers are a type of sweets that are famous in the Levant and Syria and are desired by every home. They are somewhat similar to Balah Al Sham or Luqaimat in their method. They are prepared from fine flour, sugar, ghee and semolina, forming them into fingers and frying them in hot oil, then dropping them in special syrup.
